We want you to love your FRANKIE4s. If the fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes and all included fit-kit components back into the original shoe box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and securely attach it to the outside of your mailing satchel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt.
